The concept of sustainable development has been deeply rooted in the hearts of people around the world and has become a universal value consensus. As a new energy enterprise with sustainable development as its strategic orientation, Astronergy has the ability and responsibility to become the primary driving force driving the world towards a greener and low-carbon future.
We implement low-carbon actions through the production of each PV module, practice green behavior through every employee, and guide our partners in the PV industry chain to build a sustainable ecology together. We believe, with combined efforts, we can contribute to a green, sustainable life in the near future and realize the harmonious co-existence between humans and nature.
Sustainable Development Strategy
Astronergy has a long-term focus on sustainable development. In order to further respond to the risks and opportunities brought about by changes in climate, environment, and market policies and to enhance the company's various efforts in the areas of environmental, social and governance, a Strategy and Sustainability Committee is set up under the Board of Directors, and a director serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO), responsible for leading and coordinating the company's sustainability strategy, policies, and practices and managing ESG risk.
In 2023, Astronergy set up an independent sustainability department to govern the three special working groups on environmental, social and governance to create a new competitive advantage that is green, efficient, low-carbon, and sustainable, as well as create greater green economic benefits for society.
