On April 30, Astronergy published its 2023 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Reports (hereinafter referred to as “the ESG Report"), delivering on its actions and results on promoting sustainable and stable development to all stakeholders based on practicing UN SDGs and UNGC 10 Principles and reference to International Financial Reporting Sustainability Disclosure Standards (IFRS S1, IFRS S2)

In April, Astronergy achieved positive results in China's PV module bidding projects in a wide range of regions, including Shaanxi, Jiangsu, and Tianjin in China.

On May 12th, a delegation from the Cambodian Ministry of Mines and Energy, led by H.E. KEO Rottanak, accompanied by Mr. Cunhui Nan, Chairman of CHINT Group, Dr. Chuan Lu, Chairman and CEO at Astronergy, and other representatives, paid a visit to Astronergy Hangzhou branch. During the visit, discussions were held focusing on fostering collaboration between the two sides to accelerate renewable energy growth in Cambodia.

Astronergy presented at the second edition of Energyear Greece, a unique platform to share knowledge, explore new technologies, and discuss the latest trends in PV industry, at Athens in Greece on May 9th.

Astronergy is poised to supply 14.5MW of TOPCon PV modules for an agricultural ground power station in Hungary. These modules will support the Bicske project, developed by ABO Wind, a Germany-based company that plans and builds wind and solar farms as well as battery and hydrogen projects worldwide.
