Astronergy was invited to Energyear Chile 2024, the leading clean energy event tour in Europe and Latin America, and shared its opinions and actions for a greener world at the panel discussion themed ‘Revolutions, Efficiency, Performance, and Economic Competitiveness for Photovoltaic Solar Production in Chile’ in Santiago, Chile from March 5th to 6th.

According to Mauricio González, Astronergy Country Manager Chile-Peru at the panel, for Latin America market, particularly in Chile, Astronergy prioritizes n-type PV modules as the market strategy.

Astronergy has been focusing on the Latin American market potential and has landed projects in Chile with leading EPCs worldwide. Two of its largest projects are a 40MW project powered by n-type TOPCon PV modules with Verano Energy in 2023 and a 40MW project powered by p-type modules with Sonnedix in 2022.

With the latest technology advancement of TOPCon 4.0, Astronergy will continue to promote green production lines in the future and will take the lead in PV industry, with the commitment to building a harmonious, inclusive and better society.
