On October 29th and 30th, Astronergy proudly sponsored Future Energy Summit Colombia 2024, a prestigious event for the solar sector that is part of a global conference tour. The summit featured over 860 speakers, 270 partners, and more than 7,000 executives, focusing on key topics like energy storage, project development, and investment opportunities while uniting influential players from Latin America, Asia, the U.S., and Europe.

The event aims to promote sustainable development through new technologies and facilitate high-level networking among industry leaders. On the second day, Astronergy participated in a panel discussion titled "Constructive Innovation and Technical Development as Allies in the Energy Sector Competition in the Andean Region." Camilo Navarrete, Regional Sales Director of Latin America at Astronergy, highlighted the company’s innovative products, including ZBB-TOPCon technology and its commitment to net-zero manufacturing and increased production capacity.

Recently, Astronergy’s ASTRO N n-type TOPCon solar modules have undergone rigorous hot-spot resistance tests by TÜV Rheinland, adhering to IEC TS 63126:2020 standards. These tests underscore the reliability and high performance of Astronergy’s ZBB-TOPCon technology.

Looking ahead, the Colombian solar energy market is poised for significant growth. According to a report by Mordor Intelligence, it is projected to expand from 1.48GW in 2024 to 12.85GW by 2029, reflecting a compound annual growth rate of 54.07% during this period.
