From October 23-24, Astronergy participated in the fourth edition of Energyear Italy and took part in a panel discussion themed “Exploring Innovations, Trends, and Efficiency of Leading Manufacturers”.
Energyear Italy is one of the key annual events in Italy’s renewable energy sector. This year it brought together 750 decision-makers in the solar industry, providing a platform for exchanging insights into the Italian solar market.
Michelle Meng, Country Manager Italy of Astronergy, shared the company’s achievements with industry representatives and professionals in attendance.
Michelle highlighted that Astronergy is consistently committed to innovation. Currently Astronergy operates 10 manufacturing bases worldwide, with plans for further expansion in response to the rapidly evolving global business requirement. As of September, 2024, the company’s highest efficiency of pilot line-production n-type TOPCon 4.0 cells hits 27.17%.
Based on the latest report by Italia Solare, the Italian PV association, Italy installed approximately 3.34GW of new PV capacity in the first half of 2024, indicating a high demand of solar energy in the country. Looking ahead, Astronergy will continue advancing its products to meet the growing market needs.
