The photovoltaic industry is constantly seeking new solutions to enhance the efficiency and reliability of PV systems. A noteworthy development in this pursuit is the recent agreement between Astronergy, a leading producer of photovoltaic modules, and Enzeit Technik, a specialist in PV mounting systems.
Astronergy is one of the world's top producers of solar modules and has been a key player in the European solar energy market for several years. The company emphasizes innovation and original solutions, with a strong R&D department continuously working on pioneering PV technologies, including improving module efficiency and maximizing energy yield in diverse environmental conditions. For their next project, they have chosen Enzeit Technik, a manufacturer of high-quality PV systems that is particularly prominent in Eastern Europe, the Balkans, and the Iberian Peninsula.
Both companies have a history of successful collaboration on previous projects. "This is the right time to expand our technical dialogue. Compatibility of structures with modules, security issues, warranty regulations, and full integration of these installation elements are key to ensuring stable energy production and peace of mind for our customers," says Timo Franz, Head of Large-Scale Projects at Astronergy in Europe.
As part of the cooperation, the technical departments of both companies are working together to address key challenges in building PV farms, such as ensuring compatibility for safe and efficient installation, improving installation performance, and optimizing logistics.
"We strive to fully leverage the experience of Enzeit Technik employees in working with installers. Our partnership with Astronergy aims to create new ways of connecting modules with PV system components and installing clamps," emphasizes Dominik Połoniewicz, Chief Constructor at Enzeit Technik.
Both companies collaborate on training and promoting the solutions they have developed. The results of these efforts are expected to significantly enhance the security of the modules, leading to smoother and longer operation of solar farms.
"In the first phase of our cooperation, we are focusing on Eastern European markets, with the next step being the Iberian Peninsula, where both companies have their own branches," reveals Kajetan Bogdanowicz, who is responsible for the Eastern Europe region at Astronergy.
