Astronergy’s ASTRO N series PV modules have secured two significant solar projects in Western China, totaling 316.4MW. Both projects are scheduled to connect to the grid by the end of this year.

ASTRO N7 was selected for a 102.4MW Agri-PV solar project in Yunnan province, renowned for its abundant sunlight and extensive land resources. This module’s large-size wafer design improves single-string PV module installation amount by 12.3%, which reduces BOS costs and LCOE. Also, ASTRO N7’s advanced features, including SMBB and light-redirecting film, ensure high reliability and enhanced energy output.

In addition, ASTRO N5 won a 214MW project in Qinghai province, which is expected to generate 350 million kWh annually, reducing standard coal consumption by 108,700 tons and cutting carbon emissions by 349,200 tons. With its lowest temperature coefficient of -0.29%/°C, ASTRO N5 handles Qinghai’s significant temperature fluctuations effectively. And its innovative TOPCon 4.0 technology ensures high reliability and stability under the province's challenging conditions.

These projects highlight the adaptability of ASTRO N series products to diverse environments and their contribution to advancing renewable energy while delivering environmental benefits.
